RETURN


We accept refund requests for products that are defective by the manufacturer, damaged in transit, products that are different from the description on the website.
Note: For products that are not defective but the customer changes mind to purchase, the return request will not be accepted.


Return conditions: We only accept return products with new, unused condition. The timeframe that Hasaiko accepts returns? If you want to return, you must submit a request within 60 days of receiving the item.
After this period, your items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Who is responsible for product returns? Hasaiko will provide prepaid labels for any manufacturer defects. Restocking fee: Customers do not have to charge this fee Return method: We recommend returning items by mail by following the steps below.
Send us an email to the mailbox: hasaiko.shop@gmail.com with the title "Request for Refund" and send us the order number + photo of the item that shows the problem.

Return Notify when Hasaiko receives the returned package? Depending on the shipping address, the time it takes for us to receive the returned product will vary.


Once we receive your item, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been returned. For items over $70 you should consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.
